From the first conversation through to the quality check and handover, we keep the scope, sequence, and next step clear.
We listen to how you use the room, measure the space, discuss your style and priorities, and inspect the wet areas so the scope starts with the right information.
We define the layout and help you make confident selections for tiles, vanities, tapware, screens, and accessories at our Pakenham showroom by appointment.
Once the details are agreed, you receive a clear fixed-price scope and project plan. We order the agreed materials and prepare the sequence before work begins.
We protect the path through your home, remove the agreed finishes carefully, and assess the structure and services exposed behind the old bathroom.
Licensed plumbing rough-in, substrate preparation, shower falls, and any required repairs are completed before the new wet-area system is closed in.
The wet areas are waterproofed and documented, then the shower base, floor, and wall tiling are completed in the correct sequence for drainage and durability.
Fixtures, tapware, screens, mirrors, and accessories are installed, aligned, sealed, and tested as the room comes together.
We inspect the completed work, clean the space, walk you through the result, and provide the information you need to care for your new bathroom.

Long overdue review, but still wanted to share my feedback! Last November we contacted the Shower Man to get our bathroom assessed for a renovation. They came and assessed our bathroom, and had an available slot for us in just a few short weeks ahead. We went to the showroom and had excellent support in picking our design and ideas. Then once the works started the whole renovation process was completed in about 9-10 days and we are super happy with how it turned out. Could not recommend these guys enough!

A complete renovation replaces the bathroom as a coordinated whole and may include layout, plumbing, bath, vanity, tiles, fittings, waterproofing, and finishes. A partial renovation retains suitable elements and focuses the investment on the areas that matter most. We define the right boundary during your consultation.
Yes. An ensuite can be a full or partial renovation, and a shower project can remain focused on the shower or expand into a broader bathroom plan when that produces the better long-term outcome.
Tell us when you book. A visible symptom does not confirm the cause or the work required. Where moisture, failed waterproofing, movement, or hidden damage may be involved, we start with the information needed to scope it properly rather than guessing.
The duration depends on the room, selected scope, material lead times, and what is found when the existing bathroom is opened up. As a general guide, complete bathroom renovations are commonly scheduled for 15–20 working days. Your project plan confirms the expected sequence for your bathroom.
